Brih Upanishad:~ "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation.+

Gurus who propagate Samadhi through sexual intercourse are not Gnanis. Sexual intercourse is nothing to do with the Soul, which is ever formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.   Those who indulge in sexual activities in order to get enlightenment will permanently remain in the prison of the dualistic illusion.  They are unfit to acquire Self-knowledge.

Brih Upanishad: page 32. :~  "Yoga does not yield truth or liberation."

One who is in Samadhi will not know that this universe is consciousness; therefore yoga is not the means to Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

 In Samadhi the yogi knows nothing, sees no universe; so if there is nothing but blankness. The blankness is not the Advaitic wisdom.

The yogi does not know the nature of the universe. If the universe is not seen in the Samadhi then there is no need to use the word Atman and Brahman.  The yogi is unaware of the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. 

By shutting his eyes in Samadhi, the yogi does not know the universe, which confronts him. Hence the universe can't be known as the Soul or the consciousness through yoga.

One is in a non-dual condition in deep sleep or Samadhi, One without a second, true, but he did not know it at the time. He says only in the waking experience afterward. Hence, there must be an inquiry so that you find non-duality whilst you are awake so that you can see nonduality at the time not afterward. Hence, too the need of inquiring into the nature of the universe and knowing it as the Soul or the consciousness whilst one is awake, and not during sleep or Samadhi.

Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth.  Yogis, mystics, and religious teachers do not accept the path of wisdom because it pries into the truth, the source, and the validity of the knowledge they claim. Therefore, it is the most difficult part of the study of Advaita.

Gnani does not want to think of the ego, therefore he does not do or say anything to make himself appear superior to others, or to pretend to know more than others.  If a person spends his time in Samadhi, he is not a Gnani, but he is only a yogi. The Gnani is as alert and awake to what is happening to him externally as all other people: he is not a yogi in Samadhi. A yogi does not know the ultimate truth or Brahman because he believes his Samadhi as Brahman. The Gnani has realized the world in which he exists is merely an illusion created out of consciousness.  And consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. 

A Gnani imparts Knowledge to others. A Yogi lies in Samadhi like a wooden log so he does not know yogic Samadhi is not wisdom.  Gnani is fully aware of the about all things, either permanent or perishable and he has realized both permanent and perishable to be consciousness.  Thus, the consciousness alone is real, and eternal all else is merely an illusion.

That is why Sage Sankara said:~ VC-63-Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation. 

The universe in which we exist will not remain as reality when wisdom dawns. The universe is a mere mirage created out of consciousness and there is conscious awareness of unity in diversity because there is no second thing exists other than consciousness.

A yogi cannot attain realization because he thinks his body to be the body and the world to be the world and fails to see them as consciousness and thinks his experience of Samadhi is because of his individual effort. The individual experience is limited to waking experience is mere illusion. 

Thus, even his Samadhi is also limited to the waking experience, which is merely an illusion. He thinks the thoughtlessness is Samadhi but thoughts are of individuality. Thoughts disappear even in deep sleep. Therefore deep sleep is not wisdom. If one thinks thoughtlessness is Samadhi and Samadhi is Brahman then anyone gets knowledge of Brahman by taking sleeping pills or hemp.

Tattireya Upanishad: ~ “There are two different samadhis, philosophic and Sahaja Samadhi, which is the highest in which is in full wakefulness, and then he inquires what is meant by this world, the world is seen in this Sahaja Samadhi. Whereas Yogic or Nirvikalpa Samadhi is just like swoon or deep sleep, where one is unaware of anything, not even the world. (Page 640,641 and verse 132,133)

Each person sees in his own Samadhi whatever is uppermost in his mind. How does he/she or anyone know that what he/she or anyone sees is true? Similarly, each has intuitions agreeable to what is uppermost in his mind.

In Sutra Bashya and Manduka Upanishads:~  Samadhi and sleep are identical. 

Brihad Upanishad does not advocate Samadhi.

Sage Sankara in the commentary to "Brahma Sutras:~ " "The highest beatitude is not to be attained by Yoga." (Sacred Books of East Series page 298 Vol.1.)   And he also says Samadhi is the same as sleep (p.312) ---this indicates that yoga is not the means to Self-realization.  And yogic Samadhi is not nondualistic or Advaitic  Self-awareness.

Someone posing as a Gnani is not a Gnani. If someone poses himself as a direct disciple of some guru cannot be a Gnani. Those who pose themselves as Gnanis are not Gnanis.  A Gnani never poses himself as a Guru, a swami, a sadhu, or a yogi or some Guru’s disciple. 

Remember:~

Neither Yogic Samadhi nor bliss or worldly pleasure should be allowed to draw one away from evenness; for neither can give the ultimate truth or Brahman. When one is distracted by either, either internal or external bliss, it should by effort be drawn back to steadiness, evenness. This state alone yields the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Intellectually knowing the truth is only an imagination, whereas realizing the truth knows it as such.

Yogis assume that thoughtlessness is wisdom. And the Samadhi is the bliss. Bliss is the ultimate experience.

Yogic theories are based on the false self (you) within the dualistic illusion (waking). The ‘Self is not the ‘I’, but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

If the ‘Self’ is not ‘I’ but the formless, timeless and spaceless Soul, then whatever experienced on the base of ‘I’ is bound to be a hallucination within the dualistic illusion.

The yogic Samadhi is a reality within the domain of the form, time, and space, but from the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost self, yogic Samadhi is merely an illusion.

The yogi cannot keep out a portion of the consciousness. It is utterly impossible. It thoughtlessness is not Self-realization. The thoughts come to the thinker within the illusory dualistic world.

The thoughts, thinker, and the world in which the thinker exists are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is the only tool to get rid of ignorance. Without getting rid of ignorance, Self-realization is impossible. Self-realization is possible only through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

That is why Sage Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) ~ one without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Yogic Samadhi is an egocentric practice based on the false self within the dualistic world, which is an illusion created out of consciousness.

Bhagavan Buddha gave up yoga after practicing it for six years. He saw it could not yield truth.

Bhagavan Buddha gave up his austerities of yoga as impossible and useless. Thus, Bhagavan Buddha got enlightenment only after he gave up Yoga. (Page.70/71 "Buddhism In Translation” by Warren)

Unless one exercise his Buddhi--reason--there is no chance of getting the ultimate truth or Brahman

Buddhism has not proved the truth of Nonduality. Bhagavan Buddha pointed out the unreality of the world, we agree. He told people they were foolish to cling to it. But he stopped there. He came nearest to Vedanta in speech but not to Vedanta fully.

Only when we independently search for the truth without the religion and its doctrine then we will be able to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space.  :~Santthosh Kumaar 

People's claim of seeing and communing with GOD is merely a hallucination.+

GOD is not an individual because the GOD is ever nondual. God is ever nondual because God is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence. 

Thus, the people's claim of seeing and communing with GOD is merely a hallucination. They may be perfectly sane in other respects.

People who say they have seen GOD are hallucinating. Moreover,  they are cheating themselves because they have not examined what they have seen is really GOD. When the world in which they exist itself is a dualistic illusion then whatever they have seen within the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion.

People who say they have seen and communed with God, for none, can refute them. Hence, their privileged position in getting away with the hallucinated nonsense.

Vedas declares God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus, personal Gods do not find any support from the Vedas. Personal Gods are a myth propagated by religion. 

In Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions. Thus,   Idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.

 Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

The Vedas talk about Brahman (GOD) which refers to the ultimate truth or ultimate reality. Consciousness is the ultimate truth, therefore, the consciousness is Brahman and Brahman is God in truth.

Rig Veda:~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'-Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Vedas do not permit idol worship. All the idols are of the Puranic Gods Priests are referring to the Puranic Brahma as God they are ignorant of the God in Vedas even though they speak of Vedas.

Priests do not understand the meaning of the Brahman, which is present in the form of consciousness.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost Self. In reality, there is no duality, with no differentiation. Only Atman the real exists. 

Bhagavad Gita Chapter: ~ All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many Gods. (7- Verse -20)

Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad:~ "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from the 'Self' does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

Lord Krishna Says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the 'Self' in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God. 

Mystics see visions of Gods and Goddesses and adepts according to their own inherited conditioning.

The seeker of truth should not start with the idea of God. The seeker does not know whether there is God or not. There is no proof. The seeker needs proof of God's existence.

One need not doubt that people saw Shiva, Jesus, etc. That they saw visions may be an undeniable fact. But the question is “Was what they saw the Truth?" They no doubt had such vision but they never stopped to inquire if their visions are true.

After years of effort glorifying the Christ when Christian closes his eyes and Christ comes to him.

After years of effort glorifying the Krishna when a Hindu closes his eyes and Krishna comes to him.

After years of effort glorifying the Buddha when a Buddhist closes his eyes and Buddha comes to him.

After years of effort glorifying the Mahavira when a Jain closes his eyes and Mahavira comes to him.

Christ doesn’t come to a Hindu; Mahavira doesn’t come to a Christian. Buddha doesn’t come to a Jain: only the image projected in the subconscious will come. The image became almost solid. It became so real from constant repetition, from continuous remembering, that it seemed projected deity was standing in from of him. No one was standing there.

Wherever is projected is merely an illusion created out of the consciousness. Any experience is possible only within the domain of the form, time, and space. Whatever belongs to the form, time and space are merely an illusion. The illusion is created out of single stuff and that single stuff is the consciousness. The knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

In reality, consciousness alone exists without the division of the form, time, and space. There is no second here, no other. From the standpoint of the Soul, the form, time, and space are merely an illusion.

The seeker has to take all the facts, and then proceed to examine and analyze, how far is it true?”

To talk of seeking God is as meaningless as saying "seeking dog". It is only a hollow word,.one must know God in truth.

Dualist Sages say: ~ God cannot exist without attributes. Then they are making God as an object whereas God is the subject. Attributes can only be seen in the objective world. Causality appears in the duality, but when one goes deeper into the matter even there the causality disappears

Who else but the ‘Self’ could have imagined the objective world? Ramanuja and Madva see God as the imaginer, but where is the proof. Nobody has seen God creating. You have seen no other creator, whether God or angel. The only ‘Self’ is left. Therefore ‘Self’ is the creator because imagining means creating. The Dvaita and Religionists talk nonsense. Has God meaning to you? Yes. It is an idea. What is an idea? The idea is an imagination. So God has no proved existence beyond that of an idea. :~Santthosh Kumaar

You desire for ‘Self-realization, but you still stuck up with the word ‘I’ or ‘I AM’.  If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’ or ‘I AM’, then you are not a wise seeker. You are simply a man in ignorance.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take it as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. There is no need to convince the ‘I’ infected mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Remember, the ‘Self is not ‘I’ or ‘I AM’. The ‘I’ or ‘IAM is an object to the Soul which is ‘I-LESS’ subject.

Find out ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be an actuality.

The ‘I’ present in the form of the mind.

The mind is present in the form of the universe.

The universe appears as waking or dream (duality).  

The ‘I’ is an object to the formless subject. Thus it is necessary to include the universe in your inquiry to realize the unreal nature of the ‘I’ or the universe. 

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes.” (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self.

The Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’  in truth.

The path of wisdom attracts only those who are in search of truth and they appreciate it greatly.   The ignorant are not spiritually matured the receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  The ignorant indulge in argument and provocation and personal attack, which hinders their own realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman. 

That is why Jesus said: - Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)

~ Jesus meant knowledge of the Spirit or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Don't unsettle the minds of ignorant by revealing the esoteric truth.” ~Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani).+

Ashtavakra Gita: ~ “The universe raises from the Soul, the innermost Self like bubbles from the sea. Thus know the Self to be ‘One’ and in this way enter into the state of dissolution."

Sage Sri, Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani).

First, know ‘what is the truth’ and ‘what is untruth’ for sure. Without realizing what untruth truth is, it is difficult to know what truth is.

The Soul is not limited to individuals. The individuals are many but the Soul is one.  The individual exists within the universe.  The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.  The Soul is not within the human body.  

The universe is created out of single stuff.  That single stuff is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Thus, whatever universe contains is bound o be the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is eternal, but the universe is non-eternal because it is merely an illusion.  The Soul is not an individual because the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the universe.  The universe is nothing but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

When the Soul is in ignorance of its own true nature then the universe exists as a reality. When the Soul wakes up from its sleep of ignorance and remains in its own awareness then the universe is nothing but an illusion created out of the consciousness.

In Self-awareness, the Soul is no longer bound by the form, time, and space.  In self-awareness, the form, time, and space are one in essence.  That essence is consciousness. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the unconditioned reality.

The Soul is the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form the consciousness. The nature of the Soul is Advaitic awareness.

Everyone’s inner work is on. Until a man is ripe to receive Self-knowledge, he will not be able to understand what I am saying. 

Even they may find it difficult in the first as they go on reading and reflecting repeatedly the post their subconscious will start dropping the dualistic egocentric knowledge and start accepting the Soul-centric Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. 

Grasping the truth depends on the spiritual maturity of the seeker. My mission is to share the knowledge by inspires the serious and sincere seekers of truth and divert their attention towards the inward reality. 

As their urge is at the seed level and As they go on reading the words of wisdom it will start growing. 

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

If you want to know what is this world in which you exist in actuality then you must realize its illusory nature.+

If you want to know what is this world in which you exist in actuality then you must realize its illusory nature. Only when you realize the illusory nature of the world in which you exist then only it possible to realize your individual experience of the birth, life, death, and the world is nothing but an illusion.

Without realizing the ‘Self’ is not the ‘I’ but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, Self-realization is an impossibility. 

People say I AM THAT ~ I am God, I am Brahman. But when Brahman is, how can "I" remain? Only Brahman remains, not I,  it is erroneous to use the word ‘I’ for the Self, because ‘I’  represents the form, time, and space whereas the Soul, the Self is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

If you change your ‘I know' attitude’ and indulge in deeper self-search you will be able to discover the truth, which is hidden by the world in which you exist. 

Katha Upanishad says ~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Ch~ II-5 P-14)

Those who indulge in a perverted argument on their own standpoint and opinion are not seeking the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space. They just want to exhibit their accumulated knowledge accumulated from here and there. They think what they know is the ultimate truth.

They think whatever they propagate is the ultimate truth. The question never occurs to them, “Is what I know is really the truth.

You have stuck up some Gurus and their teaching you are like stagnant water of the dirty pond. Till you are stuck up with the idea that you get instant enlightenment from some enlightenment then you are hallucinating.

That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher, but your own Soul.”

Sage Sankara says ~ VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.

People dwelling in ignorance, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round by various blind beliefs and tortuous paths and practices, like the blind led by the blind.

Come out of your prison of emotion. Be independent. Sit think, reason, and reflect deeply.

You need to read or hear the words of wisdom of Advaita. Remember The Soul is the only reality and the world in which you exist is an illusion.

Reason and reflect upon the words of wisdom of Advaita constantly. Give up all further argumentation and realizing the truth. This realization comes from being certain that the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness alone, is real and the world in which you exist is an illusion created out of the consciousness. Thus, the Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

That is why Sage Sankara says: ~ “Brahman is the truth The World is Unreal everything is Truly Brahman and nothing else has any value.

Sage  Sankara said:~Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many gods as you please, observe ceremonies and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

No one can teach anybody. The wisdom is hidden within the world in which you exist.  A Gnani can only show the way that much is the work of a Gnani. A Gnani only guides the seekers to apply their own reason and realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. When the seeker learns to view and judge and reason the three states on the base of the Soul, the truth will start unfolding on its own.     First, the seeker may find it difficult to use Soulcentric reason, but gradually it will become easy.

Holding some Guru or some teaching as a yardstick leads to all types of doubts and confusion and unnecessary argument. An argument fuels the ego. The argument is possible only when one trying to grasp the Non-dualistic truth from the dualistic perspective. 

One has to unlearn what he has learned. Without mentally burning the accumulated knowledge accumulated from different sources it is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

The Seeker of truth should not become attached to words as being in perfect conformity with meaning because Truth is not in the letters. When a man with his finger-tip points to something, the finger-tip may be mistaken for the thing pointed at; in like manner the ignorant, are unable even to the day of their death to abandon the idea that in the finger-tip of words there is the meaning itself. They cannot realize Ultimate Reality because of their intent clinging to words that were intended to be no more than a pointing finger.

The Words and their discrimination bind one to the duality; meaning stands alone and is a guide to non-dual awareness. Meaning is attained by much learning, and much learning is attained by becoming conversant with meaning and not with words; therefore, seekers of truth have to avoid the sticklers for particular words

Sages of truth restrained themselves parting the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana to the mass and only a selected few. It was hidden from the people who were not qualified and receptive to it. Self- it was given knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was not written down but was imparted orally to the chosen few. 

Thus, religion was given to the ignorant populace, and knowledge of the Spirit is given only a selected few. Thus, we find traces of knowledge of the Spirit in the religious books in the form of parables.

Katha Upanishad says: ~ This Atman is attained by him alone whom It chooses. To such a one Atman reveals Its own form. (II -23-P-20)

The  Soul, the Self reveals ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready. 

There is no such thing as ignorance beyond the ‘I’. Beyond the ‘I’ is the Soul, which is the reality. The Soul is the fullness of the consciousness without the division of the form, time, and space. The Soul is the formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The ‘I’ itself is ignorance, the cause of the bondage of illusory form, time, and space. When ignorance is eliminated, the unreal nature of the form, time, and space is exposed. . Only in ignorance, the form, time and space prevails as reality. ~ Santthosh Kumaar
