The scientific theories and inventions have made the materialistic life easier and comfortable for a man to live in the practical world, however, science failed to unfold the truth of the true existence. Since their invention is based on the false self (ego) and false experience (waking).
The religions have created an imaginary God based on blind belief and propagated the existence of such Gods.
Religion imposed people to blindly follow its scriptures without verification. Religion is based on blind belief. Every religion has its own beliefs and dogmas. Religion discourages people to verify whether it is based on truth or not. Scientific materialism and religious regulated life have resulted in restlessness.
Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Nothing has to be judged making some Guru, teacher, or some teaching as a yardstick.
There are diverse teachings in India with many branded Gurus and yogi’s people have to choose, whichever pleases them. All other paths and practices are for the mass and the path of wisdom is for the class who are ready and receptive to acquire Self- knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Remember:~
A Gnani will never force anyone to accept the path of wisdom. He will constantly bring the seeker back to the fact of his inherent perfection and encourage him to seek the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.
A Gnani knows you need nothing, not even him, and is never tired of reminding you.
A Gnani continuously shares Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana with like-minded fellow seekers.
Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true
Blindly believing in some path, following some guru, practicing some so-called spiritual practice without verification will not help you to get rid of the ignorance.
Truth-realization is very simple. We make it complicated by mixing diverse theories, different ideologies, religions, and yoga. All our accumulated knowledge is the greatest hindrance in the pursuit of truth. To realize the truth beyond the form, time, and space, one must have the courage of Buddha. Buddha got enlightenment only after dropping the religion, Vedas, and the concept of God.
To realize the simple truth three is no need to go from one mountain to another, one Ashram to another, or worship the Godmen or Guru as a God or converting from one faith to another. The truth is universal. Anyone can realize it if has an intense urge.
There is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. In the world in which we exist, all our thoughts, words, beliefs, experiences are nothing but consciousness.
Realizing the consciousness is everything, is the truth-realization or Self-realization or God-realization.
Remember:~
One should not accept any belief, philosophies, or theories as truth without verification. If one says it may be true, then he is only imagining. The seeker must go as far as he can, never stop at a doubt; he should not get disheartened by it.
The seeker has to try to overcome all the doubts and confusions. The seeker should not kill it without verifying. Let the entire doubts sprout, but the seeker must try to overcome them fearlessly until he reaches the ultimate truth.
The religion preaches that God is one and the ways to God are many. It simply tries to lead them to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the ‘Self’.
If one says he has not seen Gods' face. If he says that he did this or went there, it will only be his imagination. This applies to all learned theorists.
That is why Lord Krishna confesses that the oldest wisdom of India (our true Advaita wisdom) has been lost: people misinterpret and falsify it today as they did then. It is not yoga but the philosophic truth. But nobody knows it. The teachers of philosophy and leaders of mysticism or religion do not want to inquire into the truth and have no time for it. (Gita –Chap- IV-v.2)
In Gita Chap.IV where Lord Krishna says: - "This yoga has been lost for ages" the word yoga refers to Gnana yoga, not other yogas: the force of the word this is to point this out.
Lord Krishna describes some of the other yogas but devotes this chapter separately to Gnana Yoga. So one sees even in those ancient days people did not care for Advaita; they wanted religion; hence Gnana got lost. That is why Krishna calls it "the supreme secret." Krishna points out that the yoga must-see "Brahman in action."
Gita Chap.IV: ~"He who achieves perfection in Yoga finds the ‘Self’ in time." This means that after his yoga is finished, he begins the inquiry into ultimate truth, and in due course, this inquiry produces the realization of the universal spirit as the result.
~ it meant after his yoga is finished, Yogi must begin the Self-inquiry and this inquiry leads to Self- realization.
Lord Krishna Says Ch. V: - “Those who know the Self in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God. : ~Santthosh Kumaar
