Swami Vivekananda: ~ No blind belief can save you, work out your own salvation.+

Katha Upanishad says:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Ch~ II-5 P-14)

Swami Vivekananda: ~ No blind belief can save you, work out your own salvation. Have only one idea of God - that God is an eternal help.

Sage Sankara says: - VC-162- “There is no liberation for a person of mere book-knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense-organs, etc., which are unreal.

Without bondage to the Guru and the scriptures by blindly believing them but think for yourself. No blind belief can save you, work out your own salvation.

People think without a Guru it is Self-realization is an impossibility. They think the Guru is self-realized. How do they know what their Gurus know is the truth? Having a guru is a religious and yogic idea. Gurus and Yogis are nothing to do with Advaitic Gnana. A Gnani never identifies himself as a yogi or Guru.

Never mix religion and yoga with the path of Advatic wisdom. Mixing religion and yoga with the path of Advatic wisdom is like mixing oil with water.

If you are really a serious seeker of truth then you have to tread the path without any Guru or his teaching. Advaitic wisdom is not any type of teaching or preaching it is the knowledge of the ‘Self’ hidden by ignorance. The ‘I’ itself is ignorance,. Therefore, all ‘I-centric and ‘you-centric’ Gurus and their teachings are based on ignorance.

The seeker of truth: ~

First:- hearing the truth--that the Atman is the only reality and that everything else is an illusion.

Second:- reasoning upon this philosophy from all points of view.

Third:- giving up all further argumentation and realizing the truth.

This realization comes from being certain that Brahman is real and everything else is unreal.

The Soul which is present in the form of consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. Thus everything is God nothing but God.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The seeker should be aware of everything that is untrue: stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
