The seeker of truth must discard the holy business of Gurudom in order to get Self-realization.+

Gurudom has nothing to do with Advaitic wisdom. Gurudom belongs to religion and yoga.

Religion and yoga have nothing to do with spirituality. Advaitic wisdom is pure spirituality.

Unless you bifurcate religion and yoga from spirituality, there is no hope of getting Self-realization.

All the Advaitic Gurus of the east and west who propagate Advaita on a dualistic and orthodox perspective, thus, are inadequate and useless to acquire Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Sage Sankara says:~ VC-162- There is no liberation for a person of mere book-knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.

Sage Sankara says:~ VC-47 All the effects of ignorance, root and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self.
Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a Sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread." (Select Works of Sage Sankara, also his commentary on Brihad)

Thus, the above passage proves that all those who wear the sannyasin robes for the sake of bread belong to the religion; they have nothing to do with the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

There is no need to criticize and condemn the Gurus, yogis, and swamis because they are needed for the welfare of the ignorant masses in the dualistic world.

Remember:~,

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman (Gnani).

~ Then why are you sticking with a Guru who is not a Gnani?
Swami Vivekananda: This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourself, to your own mind does not befit you, the Soul. The Self is infinite, deathless, and birthless. Because the Self is infinite Spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake!

Swami Vivekananda: ~ Worship your Guru as God, but do not obey him blindly; love him all you will, but think for yourself. No blind belief can save you; work out your own salvation.

That is why Swami Vivekananda said: ~ “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own Soul.”

The Gurudom may succeed to a limited extent in the West by appealing to the emotions of Western people, by creating a new cult with diverse theories of Hinduism. The ultimate truth is beyond religion, yoga, and scriptures.

When the ‘Self is not you but the Soul, why are you thinking of the physical Guru worshiping him? Such an act keeps you permanently in ignorance. Come out of the religious conditioning by realizing the ‘Self is not you, but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

If you are unable to come out of the Guru/disciple game, you are not qualified for Advaitic wisdom.-Santthosh Kumaar.

Those Gurus who are busy propagating ‘I-centric’ knowledge are promoting ignorance.+
