People talk of the love, and humanity in Atmic discussion, which is not the subject matter of the Atmic Satsanga.+

People talk of love, and humanity in Atmic discussion, which is not the subject matter of the Atmic Satsanga.

The individual life, love, and humanity are nothing to do with the pursuit of truth because the ‘Soul’, the ‘Self is neither the waking entity nor the dream entity because it is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

The people who are in the path of love and think love is the means and go out dancing and have fun. Love is an essential and very valuable tool in practical life within the practical world, but From the ultimate standpoint, the practical life within the practical world itself is an illusion.

There is no need to renounce practical life within the practical world, one can love the whole of humanity and have fun and dance, like anyone else. But whoever has an inner urge to know the reality of his true existence can follow the path of love for the practical purpose without disturbing his practical life and he can continue in his pursuit of truth, which his very personal journey.

The path of love is the path of individuality. The individuality is nothing to do with the ‘Self’, which is not an individual because it is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

Remember:~

Satsanga is thinking and reflecting on the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The Soul, the Self is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is present in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

To be aware of the Atman or the Soul at all times is Satsanga.

Constant reflecting on the nature of the Soul is Satsanga, or association with Gnani is Satsanga.

Satsanga is neither hearing the sermons of the Gurus or priests nor indulging in religious activates nor hearing the stories of mythological stories by Swamis nor reading biographies of Saints and Sages nor intellectual discussion but Satsanga is to discover and realize the truth of our true existence. :~Santthosh Kumaar

The argument is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and the argument is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.+

By arguing and provoking the wisdom will not dawn. The argument is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and the argument is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

Advaitic wisdom is not custom-made stuff to feed a different mindset according to their likes and fancy.

The un-contradictable truth is the ultimate truth or Brahman. The un-contradictable truth is beyond form, time, and space. Thus, whatever knowledge is based on form, time and space, is dualistic knowledge. The non-dualistic wisdom is nothing to with the form, time, and space. Thus, mixing dualistic knowledge and trying to understand and realize the Advaitic truth is like mixing oil and water.

Discussion with the right people is always better than arguments with the wrong people. Silence is always better than a meaningless discussion.

The words that mean different things to different people, It is what's behind the words between the lines that matter. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is meant for those who are sinuously seeking truth nothing but the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

The seeker should be aware of everything untrue, stick to the truth and he shall succeed, maybe slowly, but surely.

It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The Soul has to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and then only it is possible to realize the form, time and space are one in essence. That essence is the Soul or consciousness.

If the form, time, and space are one in essence, then there is no division in consciousness. If there is no division in the consciousness, there no duality, if there is no duality then there is unity in diversity.

Ignorance is the cause of experiencing the duality as reality. By realizing Soul as the Self leads to Advaitic Self-awareness. The Soul, the Self is Absolute Knowledge, which cannot be negated. The nature of the Soul is Advaitic awareness.

Jesus said:~"Those who seek should not stop seeking until they find. When they find it, they will be disturbed. When they are disturbed, they will marvel, and will reign over all." (Gospel of Thomas 2)

Jesus said: ~” Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you. (THE GOSPEL OF THOMAS- Saying 5)

Bible says: ~ “God is a Spirit, and they that worship God must worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24)”,

The Spirit is the root element of the universe. The Spirit is present in the form of the Soul, the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. From the Spirit, the universe comes into existence. In the Spirit, the universe resides. And into the Spirit, the universe is dissolved. The Spirit is the parent of all that is there is.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme or Supreme Spirit.

There is no God but God. There is no God because the world in which we exist is merely an illusion created out of God, the Spirit. Call it with any name God is universal. God belongs to the whole of humanity.

Religion creates separation God is unity in diversity. God in truth is one which the cause of the whole world in which humanity exists.     There is no God but God means the world in which we exist is an illusion God in truth is the cause of the illusory world is real and eternal.

God in truth alone is real and all else is an illusion. There is no second thing exists other then the Spirit, which is God in truth thus, God is Advaita.

Religion belongs to you. The religious belief of God belongs to you. All religious code of conduct belongs to you. Religion belongs to you. But remember you belong to the falsehood because the world in which you exist is created out of the Spirit, the God, which is present in the form of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

God is divine, only held in the bondage of ignorance (matter); perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from ignorance. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara: - “The world appears to be real as long as one is ignorant, but becomes unreal when one is awake.+

Upanishads:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking they wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Upanishads Nikilanada - Ch II-5 P-14)

Sage Sankara says the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani).

First, know ‘what is the truth’ and ‘what is untruth’ for sure. Without realizing what untruth truth is, it is difficult to know what truth is.

Without breaking away from religion and ancient traditions it is impossible to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Religion and tradition will keep one locked in the ignorance

Sage Sankara: - “The world, filled with attachments and aversions, and the rest, is like a dream: it appears to be real as long as one is ignorant, but becomes unreal when one is awake.

Sage Sankara:~ “As fire is the direct cause of cooking, so knowledge, and not any other form of discipline, is the direct cause of Liberation; for Liberation cannot be attained without Knowledge." (Self-Knowledge)

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (8) - Fools, dwelling in darkness, but wise in their own conceit and puffed up with vain scholarship, wander about, being afflicted by many ills, like blind men led by the blind.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (9) - Children, immersed in ignorance in various ways, flatter themselves, saying: We have accomplished life's purpose. Because these performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken, when the fruit of their work is exhausted.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they enter again this world or a lower one.

Most of the intellectuals indulge in provocation and unnecessary arguments holding their egocentric knowledge as a yardstick. Such an attitude leads to perversity.

The ultimate truth or Brahman is not some custom made stuff to please different mindset. The serious seeker will never indulge in asking perverted questions.

The seeker must have enough patience, humility, and intense urge to realize the truth. Arguments and provocation will not yield truth.

Perfect understanding of ‘what is what ‘leads to the realization of Nondualistic or Advaitic truth.

As the seeker's understanding of ‘what is what ‘grows, gradually the seeker gets a glimpse of truth. Whatever is based on the waking entity is falsehood and whatever is based on the formless Soul, the innermost Self is real and eternal.

Thus it is necessary for the seeker of truth to make sure the waking entity (ego) is not the Self but the Self is formless Soul in order to acquire Self-knowledge.

Remember:~

The universe is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

People's approach is more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the universe, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion.

The look of an object will depend upon the medium through which the observer views it. In fact, our mental and intellectual conditions determine the universe, which confronts us, observed and experienced. The commoner viewing the world will see differently from a Gnani viewing the same world. Each one interprets the world that they see in terms of their existing knowledge. The commoner sees everything based on the ego, therefore, experiences the birth, life, death, and the universe  as a reality, whereas a Gnani sees everything as consciousness and he is fully aware of the fact that, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul or consciousness . Thus, all the egocentric knowledge has to be bifurcated to realize the ultimate truth, which is beyond form, time, and space.

The universe in which we exist is nothing but an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness

The whole universe is nothing but the Soul. Therefore, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness

It is not as if something that was not consciousness suddenly becomes consciousness. Rather, "knowing the truth” means removal of ignorance about one's own existence as consciousness. Thus, to "know the truth” is to "be consciousness."

Consciousness is ever-present. Without consciousness, the universe, in which you exist ceases to exist.

Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness, because it is the very essence of the one who denies it.  Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs.  Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The Self is not you. Identifying the ‘Self’ as you is erroneous.+

Self-realization means realizing the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. IF the Self is the Soul then why are you holding the Self as yourself.

The Self is not you. Identifying the ‘Self’ as you is erroneous. Those who assert the Self as you are still in grip of the dualistic illusion.

The Soul becomes the universe in waking or dream (duality) and the universe becomes Soul is deep sleep (non-duality).

Until you hold the ‘I-centric knowledge or 'I-centric Gurus as a yardstick you will not be able to assimilate Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

What is it that appears as the ‘I’ and disappears as the ‘I-less? It is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Do not make the mistake of holding the ‘I’ as the Self because it is not permanent. ‘I’ disappears and becomes ‘I’-less.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

‘I’ is an illusion and the ‘I-LESS- Soul is real and eternal. The ‘I-LESS-Soul appears as ‘I’ and ‘I ’‘disappears as I-LESS-Soul.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the Soul, the Self, which is unborn eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

Discard all the accumulated dualistic knowledge by realizing the world in which you exist, exists because of ignorance. Get rid of the ignorance by realizing the world in which you exist is created out of single clay and that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. Realizing the ‘Self’’ is not you but the Soul is Self-realization. The Soul is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.

If you search for the ‘Self’ then you will find only the Soul. If you search for truth then you will find only the Soul. If you search for God then you will find only the Soul., which is present in the form of consciousness.

The Soul is the Goal. The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. in truth

What exists with or without the world, in which you exist, is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. When the Soul remains in its own awareness in the midst of the illusory world, in which you exist, it is in its swa swaroopa or Self-awareness.

The unreal is created out of the real. The Soul is the fullness of consciousness without any division. A Gnani is fully aware the division of form, time, and space are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, consciousness is one without the second

Katha Upanishad says:~ Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind. (Ch~ II-5 P-14)

Those who indulge in the perverted argument on their own standpoint and opinion are not seeking the truth, which is beyond form, time, and space. They just want to exhibit their accumulated knowledge accumulated from here and there. They think what they know is the ultimate truth.

They think whatever they propagate is the ultimate truth. The question never occurs to them, “Is what I know is really the truth?: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Some Guru propagates:-Just close your eyes” you can see God. Such half-baked knowledge is not Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.+

Some Guru propagates: ~ Consciousness is alone. There is no second here, no other. ”Just close your eyes” you can see God.

Such half-baked knowledge is hearsay knowledge based on imagination, not Advaitic wisdom. Such half-baked dualistic knowledge gathered from different sources is not the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

Yajurveda – chapter- 32:~ God is Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’ (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. God pervades all beings and all directions.

A Guru who speaks of knowing God within the body is thinking only of his head or heart, i.e. of his body. He is hallucinating.

Remember this: ~

First, know what this God is supposed to be in actuality.

If consciousness alone then what is the use of closing the eyes. One seeker must realize his body, his eyes, and the world in which he exists, as consciousness.

People think that there is God and that the Jivas--Souls-like them form the second, other than them. There is no such duality at all.

Ignorance is the cause of the ‘I’

The duality is present in the form of the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind.

The Mind is present in the form of the universe.

The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep(non- duality).

The formless substance and witness of the appearance and disappearance of the ‘I’ is the formless Soul.

The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth because the mind, which is present in the form of the universe, ceases to exist without consciousness. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the Soul, the God in truth. God is whole not the part.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say 'I' if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated the Self is the ‘I’. There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

That is why Sage Sankara says:~ VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent Truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

People refuse to accept anything other than their Gurus words. For them, their Gurus words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.

Such a mindset is not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth.

Even Bhagavad Gita says: ~ ‘Brahmano hi pratisthaham’ ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Lord Krishna Says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Self in truth." The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the Self. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

Consciousness” is the only reality and there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. The universe is nothing but consciousness because it merely an illusion created out of consciousness. The whole universe is just an illusory play of consciousness. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

The ‘I’, the illusion hides the truth of the Soul, the Advaita.+

Advaita means the Soul, the Self. The Soul is one without the second. The Soul is present in the form of the Spirit or consciousness. The Soul is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.

Advaita is the nature of God, the Soul, the Self. Advaita is the real God. Advaita is the fullness of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

The ‘I’ is not limited to you. ‘I’ is the whole universe in which you exist. Without the ‘I’ the world in which you exist, cease to exist.

The world in which you exist appears when ‘I’ appears and the world in which you exist disappears when ‘I’ disappears.

The seeker has to dig into old posts and well as new ones all your doubts about the ‘I’ will vanish.

The ‘Self is the whole hidden by the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind, therefore; ‘I’ is the mind.

The mind is present in the form of the form, time, and space together; therefore, the form, time, and space together are the mind.

The duality is present only when the form, time, and space are present, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the duality.

The form, time, and space are present in the form of the universe, therefore, the form, time, and space together is the universe.

The universe appears as the waking or dream, therefore, the waking or dream is the universe.

The waking is a parallel dream and the dream is a parallel waking.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, which is a formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

Remember this: ~

Without the ‘I’ there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the mind, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the form, time, and space, there is only the Soul, the fullness of the consciousness.

Without the universe, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the waking or the dream, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Without the individual experience of birth, life, death, there is only the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Remember this: ~

From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the ‘I’ is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the mind is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, form, time, and space are an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the universe is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, waking or dream is an illusion.

From the standpoint of the Soul, the individual experience of birth, life, death is an illusion.

The Soul is the cause of all that exists as an illusion and the Soul itself is uncaused.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Realize, ‘what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality and what is hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

If you realize the ‘Self ‘not the ‘I’ but the Soul then whatever hidden by the ‘I’ will be revealed.

Realizing the Soul is not the ‘I’ but the Soul is the Self, is Self –realization.

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is ever-present. Without consciousness, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist. Consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. Consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. Consciousness is everything. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The ‘I’, the illusion hides the truth of the Soul, the Advaita.

The Soul becomes an illusion in waking (duality) and waking becomes the Soul is deep sleep (nonduality).

The one that becomes the duality (waking or dream) and one that remains nonduality in deep sleep, is the Soul, the Self.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as truth other than consciousness. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

To realize Brahman is not easy. One has to mentally reject physical awareness by a perfect understanding of ‘what is what’.+

Realization is of the Soul as the ‘Self’ is -Perfection.  The non-dualistic truth cannot be comprehended by the dualistic perspective.

The universe is reality only from the dualistic perspective. The universe is an illusion from the non-dualistic perspective.  From the non-dualistic perspective, the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness is the sole reality. There is no second thing that exists other than the Soul in non-dualistic reality.

The Soul is the unknown reality on the dualistic perspective and the universe is the known reality on the dualistic perspective. The universe hides the Soul, which is the cause of the universe and it itself is uncaused.

Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana helps to mentally transcend the mind into the Soul, which is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.

The Soul, the God is formless, timeless, and spaceless existence.  The Soul, the God is second to none. The Soul, the God is one without the second. The Soul, the God is Advaita. The Advaita is nothing but God.

To realize Brahman is not easy. One has to mentally reject physical awareness (form, time, and space) by a perfect understanding of ‘what is truth?’ and ‘what is untruth?’. Without knowing what is truth, it is impossible to reject the untruth.

Rig Veda: ~ 'Prajnanam Brahma'- Consciousness is the ultimate reality or Brahman or God in truth.

Do not accept any other truth other than the consciousnessConsciousness is the ultimate truth,  Nothing is real but consciousness. Nothing Matters but realize the ultimate truth. Consciousness is everywhere and in everything. Let these words be inscribed in your subconscious.

Till one holds the form, time, and space as a reality it is impossible to realize the ultimate truth of Brahman. Realization of the fact that the form, time, and space are one, in essence, leads to Self-awareness.

All the activities within the waking experience are nothing to do with the Soul, the innermost ‘‘Self’’. The Soul, the ‘Self’ is birthless whereas the waking entity (you) is bound by birth, life, death, and the world.

All the activities within the dream are nothing to do with the Soul, the ‘Self’. The Soul, the ‘Self’ is birthless whereas the dream entity is bound by birth, life, death, and the world.

The dream becomes unreal when waking takes place the same way the waking becomes unreal when the Soul, the ‘Self’ remains in its own awareness.

The Soul remains in its own awareness unconsciously in deep sleep and consciously when the wisdom dawns.

Thus the Soul, the ‘Self’ is nothing to do with the three states because the Soul, the ‘Self’ is only the formless substance and the witness of the coming and going of the three states. In reality, the formless substance and witness of the three states are one in essence. That essence is consciousness.

Thus, all three states are of the same substance. Hence, there is no second thing that exists other than consciousness. Thus, consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

The seeker has to accept only citations of Sage Sankara which leads to realizing Advaitic truth discard all the citations orthodox views of Sage Sankara, which is meant for the ignorant crowd.+

The seeker has to accept only citations of Sage Sankara which leads to realizing Advaitic truth discard all the citations orthodox views of Sage Sankara, which is meant for the ignorant crowd.

Those who believe birth and death as a reality are ignorant and are unfit to acquire the Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara.

All those whose intelligence has been stolen by ignorance, keep on arguing on their own standpoint to show their intellectual wealth.

Advaitic orthodoxy accepts the experience of birth, life, death, and the world as the reality, whereas Sage Sankara declares the world is unreal Brahman alone is real.

Thus the experience of birth, life, death happening within the unreal world is bound to be an illusion. Thus, religion and religious belief and its ritual based on the birth entity are bound to be a falsehood. Thus, the seeker has to realize ‘what is that is real and eternal?

Sage Sankara: ~ ‘Reality can be realized only with the eye of understanding, not just by a scholar. What the moon is like must be seen with one's own eyes. How can others do it for you?"~Vivekachoodamani
Advaitic Orthodoxy misinterpreted Sage Sankara and presented only the religious side of his teaching as the highest doctrine. Thus, people are misled.  The orthodoxy based on rituals and mythical Gods and Karma. Advaitic wisdom of Sage  Sankara is nothing to with Advaitic orthodoxy.
Let Advaitic wisdom annihilate ignorance (I) and reveal Soul, the Self the God in truth.  Let your ears become deaf to the untruth propagated by the religion as a reality; enable you to realize the truth hidden by the ignorance (I).  Let your eyes become blind to illusion to receive the Soul as the Self as it is in the midst of the dualistic illusion or Maya.
All the orthodox ideas were rejected by Sage Sankara. There is no need to indulge in rituals, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman. There is no need to study philosophy, in order to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman then why you indulge in studying philosophy.
Sage Sankara pokes fun at ascetics and points out that all their austerities do not cause desires to go (Altar Flowers" Page 205, v.2 P.207 v.4)
Sage Sankara pointed out those rituals could in no way bring about wisdom, much less moksha.
Sage Sankara says the rewards of the rituals are not a matter of direct realization. Advaitic wisdom is based on personal realization.
The orthodox Advaitin believes that rituals alone would lead one to higher levels of attainment. Further, the deities would reward only those entitled to perform the rituals alone. The entitlement involved the caste, creed, and other parameters.
The scriptural authority and value of rituals are part of the Advaitic orthodoxy, which is meant for ignorant people.
The Advaitic wisdom of Sage Sankara is nothing to do with religion, caste, rituals, worships, yoga, and other practices. Therefore an obvious disparity between Sage Sankara‘s path of Gnana and the path of Karma. Path of Gnana is meant for the advanced seeker of truth and the path of Karma is meant for the ignorant populace.
Even Sage Sankara appears and tells the orthodox people the path of orthodoxy is the path of ignorance they will not be able to drop their inherited samskara or conditioning, which they think is the only way to reach heaven and reap the happy life in the next life.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (10) - Ignorant fools, regarding sacrifices and humanitarian works as the highest, do not know any higher good. Having enjoyed their reward on the heights of heaven, gained by good works, they still remain in ignorance of the Atman the real God.

As a  religious person, one performs rituals throughout his life.  The person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view the world in which he exists as a reality. However, the Soul, the Self unborn eternal hidden by the world in which he exists.  From the standpoint of the Soul, the world in which he exists is merely an illusion or Maya.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (9) - Children, immersed in ignorance in various ways, flatter themselves, saying: We have accomplished life's purpose. Because these performers of karma do not know the Truth owing to their attachment, they fall from heaven, misery-stricken when the fruit of their work is exhausted.

First Mundaka - Chapter 2 (8) - Fools, dwelling in darkness, but wise in their own conceit and puffed up with vain scholarship, wander about, being afflicted by many ills, like blind men led by the blind.

Ish Upanishad declares:~  Those people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide 10/11/12

The religious orthodox people who have neglected the attainment of Self-knowledge and have thus committed suicide, as it were, are doomed to enter those worlds after death.

This is a condemnation of people who do not try to attain Self-knowledge. They are, in a real sense, committing suicide, for what can be worse than being a slave to sense enjoyment, completely oblivious of the real purpose of life, which is to be one’s, own master?

Remember:~

The Soul, the ‘Self itself is the Infinite God.

The Soul is the Self. God is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. God is the fullness of the consciousness without the illusory division of form, time, and space.  Therefore, there is nothing apart from it.
God is Self-evident. God is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny God because God is the very essence of the one who denies it. God is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. God is within the universe in which you exist, God is without the universe in which you exist.
God is the Supreme Being the One eternal homogeneous essence, indivisible consciousness, and intelligence, which is beyond form, time, and space. To which the Sages describe in a variety of ways through diverse words.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many God s. (7- Verse -20)
Only the path of wisdom leads the seeker of truth on his journey to the ultimate realization of the true nature of the Universal Essence, which is the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.
Bhagavad Gita: 7: 19: ~ "Such a man who has attained true knowledge, the knowledge of Self, the knowledge of Atman, worships ‘Self’ as~ Atman (God) alone exists~ everything is Atman, there exists nothing except Atman. Such a man is extremely rare."
Bhagavad Gita: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
Lord Krishna Says Ch ~V: ~ “Those who know the Sef in truth.". The last two words (tattvataha) are usually ignored by pundits, but they make all the difference between the ordinary concept of God and the truth about God.

The dualistic worship of "God” is only for the ignorant populace. The God in truth is only Atman, the innermost Self. In reality, there is no duality, no differentiation. Only Atman exists.

Remember:~

Mundaka Upanishad condemns rituals:~  The Para or Higher knowledge is the knowledge of the Supreme Being while the Apara or Lower Knowledge is that of following sacrificial rites and ceremonies. (1/2/ 1 – 6)
**
Physical & mental discipline such as Karma, Mantra Yoga, and Yajna, Puja Japa Blind devotion to deity or Guru is not the tool for liberation or freedom from experiencing the dualistic illusion as a reality. It is the dualistic cult including Advaitic orthodoxy propagates these disciplines. Such disciplines and codes of conduct have no value if one is seeking ultimate truth or Brahman to get Nondualistic Self-awareness.

Mysticism, scriptural knowledge, penance based Scholasticism are a great hindrance to Self–realization. Inherited blind belief with corresponding actions based on scriptures, worship, ritual faith that imply certain mental and physical discipline, or scripture supporting belief, faith, creed, ritual, theological knowledge personal or opinion leads to hallucinated knowledge.  All these become a great hindrance in grasping understanding, assimilating, and realizing the Advaitic or nondualistic or Advaitic truth.

The Scriptural mastery including ancient Sastras, Tarka, and Samkhya disciplines to support Karmas & belief Bhakti Argument & interpretation with the help of logic, grammar, etc. to support beliefs, revelations, prayers, etc. Also, dogmas, theological or other based on authorities.

The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad says"He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from the 'Self' does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)
That is why Sage  Sankara said:- ~ Neither by the practice of yoga nor philosophy, nor by good works nor by learning, does liberation come, but only through the realization that Atman and Brahman are one in no other way. (1) Vivekachoodamani v 56, pg~25
Sage Sankara says:~ The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards are therefore addressed to an ignorant person. -Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara:(11) As regards the rituals, Sage Sri, Sankara says, the person who performs rituals and aspires for rewards will view himself in terms of the caste into which he is born, his age, the stage of his life, his standing in society, etc. Also, he is required to perform rituals all through his life. However, the Self has none of those attributes or tags. Hence, the person who superimposes all those attributes on the changeless, eternal Self and identifies Self with the body is confusing one for the other and is, therefore, an ignorant person. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are therefore addressed to an ignorant person. -Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara:(11.1) This ignorance (mistaking the body for Self) brings in its wake a desire for the well-being of the body, aversion for its disease or discomfort, fear of its destruction, and thus a host of miseries(anartha)This anartha is caused by projecting karthvya(“doer” sense) and bhokthavya (object) on the Atman. Sankara calls this adhyasa. The scriptures dealing with rituals, rewards, etc. are, therefore, he says, addressed to an ignorant person.-Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sri, Sankara:~ (11.2) In short, a person who engages in rituals with the notion “I am an agent, doer, thinker”, according to Sage Sankara, is ignorant, as his behavior implies a distinct, separate doer/agent/knower; and an object that is to be done/achieved/known. That duality is avidya, an error that can be removed by vidya.-Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara: ~ (12) Sage Sankara affirming his belief in one eternal unchanging reality (Brahman) and the illusion of plurality, drives home the point that Upanishads deal not with rituals but with the knowledge of the Absolute (Brahma vidya) and the Upanishads give us an insight into the essential nature of the Self which is identical with the Absolute, the Brahman.-Adhyasa Bhashya

Sage Sankara: ~ Atman, the innermost Self is verily Brahman (God), being equanimous, quiescent, and by nature absolute Existence, Knowledge, and Bliss. Atman is not the body that is non-existence itself. This is called true Knowledge by the wise.

Everyone’s inner work is on.  The Soul is the innermost Self. The Soul the inner Guru guides us all till we get the stillness of its Advaitic true nature. It is the Soul which is in ignorance it is the Soul that has to wakes from the sleep of ignorance.:~Santthosh Kumaar
